Aimy Canonical v17.0 - What's new?

Aimy Canonical v17.0 allows to redirect on canonical URL mismatches (PRO feature).

Redirects (PRO feature)

Aimy Canonical now allows redirects: Whenever a mismatch is between the URL of a served page (address) and its canonical URL a redirect leads to the canonical URL.

You can choose on which of the following conditions a redirect should be used:

  1. on protocol mismatches (i.e. “http” vs. “https”)
  2. on domain mismatches (i.e. “www.domain.com” vs. “domain.com”)
  3. on path mismatches (i.e. “/” vs. “/index.php”)
